CARES Foundation presents our annual patient education conference. This year's conference will be hosted by Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Educational and informative sessions for CAH patients, their families, caregivers and healthcare professionals led by CAH experts.

Conference fees/prices include your choice of sessions (see list of session topics below) and a light breakfast and lunch. Registration:

Individual = $20/person
Professional = $25/person
Couple* = $30
Family* = $40

*Couple & Family Tickets will include children in attendance that are not included in child care. Child care will be available for children ages 3 yrs and up. (Indicate on registration form that you require child care)

PLEASE NOTE: though referred to as 'ticket/s" on the registration form, no paper tickets will be issued - you will simply sign-in at the door.
