2017 Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia  Patient & Family Education Conference

CARES Foundation presents our annual patient education conference. This year's conference will be hosted by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA. Educational and informative sessions for CAH patients, their families, caregivers and healthcare professionals led by CAH experts.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 14, 2017


The conference will take place at the Ruth & Tristram Colket, Jr. Translational Research Building (3501 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104) and discount parking ($5 all day) is available at Wood Center Parking (marked "C" on map). Conference Fees/Ticket prices include your choice of sessions (schedule coming soon) and a light breakfast and lunch.

Individual Ticket = $20/person     Professional Ticket = $25/person     Couple* = $30    Family* = $40

*Couple & Family Tickets will include children in attendance that are not included in child care.

Child Care is available for children ages 2 & up. Cost for child care is $20/all day for 1 child; $30/all day for 2 children; $40/all day for 3 children.
