"On May 18-21, I will race again in the 3 DAYS AT THE FAIR Ultra Race in Augusta, NJ.   (http://www.njtrailseries.com/. They offer timed races of 144, 72, 48, 24 and 12 hours. Run as      many miles as you can in the allotted time!
Last year I ran 200 miles in the 72 Hour race, I hope to exceed that mileage this year!   https://youtu.be/aiR1tnTDZOg. (They are offering a 6 day race..........maybe next year). I run in    support of 7 year old Andrew, who lives with a rare adrenal gland disorder known as Congenital    Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). His adrenal gland doesn’t produce the necessary steroid, cortisol,    that is needed to battle illness and stress to the body.
I continue to raise money for the CARES FOUNDATION, which is the sole organization in the US  that is dedicated to supporting those affected by this rare disorder. (www.caresfoundation.org)
